Walk and Talk Sessions
Individual Walk and Talk sessions are offered to help support mental health. Talia Sledge, LMSW, provides nature based interventions and mindfulness exercises that compliment treatment plans and goals for people experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, disorders related to thoughts and behaviors, and other diagnosed issues. All walk and talk sessions are self-pay, insurance is not accepted. Minimum length is two hours, $100. Please contact RiverWise for sliding scale options or if finances are a barrier to treatment.
Group Mental Health Supports
Group nature therapy sessions are offered to help support mental health. Talia Sledge, LMSW, provides nature based interventions and mindfulness exercises that compliment treatment plans and goals for people experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, disorders related to thoughts and behaviors, and other diagnosed issues. All group sessions are self-pay, insurance is not accepted. Groups are announced periodically throughout the year and require a 4-6 week pre-paid commitment.
