

Riverside Moon Walks
Monday, March 2: 6pm - 8pm​​​
Tuesday, March 31: 7pm - 9pm
Thursday, April 30: 7pm - 9pm

These night walks meet in the Albuquerque North Valley at Campbell Road NW (more information provided at time of registration). The walk is about one mile in distance, is very slow, and goes to the banks of the Rio Grande river and back. There are opportunities to sit on benches, logs, and the ground with sitting mats provided. Hand warmers, blankets, and hot tea provided. Please dress appropriately for cold weather.
Registration is required. $8 per person,
recommended for ages 10 and older.

Rage Release in the Rocks

This community walk is all about releasing rage as we wander in the rocks of the Sandia Mountain foothills. This unique twist on forest bathing is designed to bring awareness to the power of rage, anger, grief, and frustration, while encouraging collective catharsis and deepening connections to the natural world. Nature has our backs!
