Riverside Moonlit Walks

These guided Shinrin Yoku (forest bathing) walks meet in the Albuquerque North Valley at Campbell Road NW (more information provided at time of registration). The walk takes approximately 2 hours and slowly covers one mile of trails to the bank of the Rio Grande river. There are opportunities to sit on benches, logs, portable stools, and on the ground with mats provided.
$10 per person. Registration & pre-payment required.
Recommended for ages 10 and older.

Forest Bathing Event

In partnership with a local community farming space, this forest bathing event will include special invitations to connect with the moon, earth's shadows, and nature's cycles.
