
Mid-day Mindfulness Break: Nov. 19, 11:30am
This mid-day walk is a modified forest bathing experience designed to provide a break from the work day with a fun and gentle guided mindfulness experience. The next event is Wednesday, November 19, 11:30am - 1pm. Location is Hyder Park in Albuquerque, and this event is appropriate for all mobility levels as there are benches to sit on and concrete surfaces for walking, if needed.
Registration is required, more information provided at time of registration.
$8 per person, please leave pets at home.
Recommended for ages 8 and older, infants are allowed with a caregiver.

Riverside Moon Walks
Thursday, December 4: 6pm - 8pm.​​​

These night walks meet in the Albuquerque North Valley at Campbell Road NW. The walk is about one mile in distance, is very slow, and goes to the banks of the Rio Grande river and back. There are opportunities to sit on benches, logs, and the ground with sitting mats provided. Hand warmers, blankets, and hot tea provided. Please dress appropriately for cold weather.

Sunset Strolls:
Green Friday, November 28

Stroll the acequia trails in the Albuquerque north valley under tall elm trees during "golden hour." Experience the awe of nature's beauty while the sun sets over the fields of the Candelaria Nature Preserve. Winter walks are very likely to include Sandhill Crane sightings.
